渣釀白蘭地
(義大利為Grappa，法國為Marc)，

是以葡萄為原料的酒。以Grappa為例，酒精度(體積濃度)介於40%到60%之間，據信源自於義大利北部。其製造是採用果渣蒸餾，亦即製酒過程中壓出的葡萄渣(主要是葡萄皮，也包括了一些果梗與籽)。原先出現這樣的酒款是要避免浪費，在酒季即將結束前將殘餘物充分利用。然而很快的這樣的酒類就成了一項特色商品，大量製造並銷向全球。
渣釀白蘭地的風味類似葡萄酒，皆與所用的葡萄品種及品質有關。不過，許多釀酒廠會將水果糖漿加入其中，使混合後的味道變甜、變柔軟，如此更容易銷售到美國市場。
有時候(以義大利為多)會將渣釀白蘭地加入濃縮咖啡(espresso)中，稱作"Caffè corretto"；也可加入其他酒類，例如桑布卡香甜酒(sambuca)而稱為Caffè sambuca。另外的變種是"Amazza Caffè"；字面上的意思是coffee killer。濃縮咖啡先飲，然後接著喝下一些幾盎司用適當玻璃杯盛的渣釀白蘭地。
渣釀白蘭地幾家知名的酒商為Sibona，Nardini及Jacopo Poli。雖然是這幾家的渣釀白蘭地大量生產及外銷，其實另有數以千計的區域性品牌的渣釀白蘭地，各有各的風情。

剔除了葡萄皮再进行发酵，源汁进行二次发酵时在加压的容器内置保存更高的糖分，置入酒庄精选的酵母, 发酵过程中采用突然停止发，保存酒体内更高的糖分。
  明亮的稻黄色酒体充满奶白色的气沫，成熟果实味道中伴有鼠尾草和麝香的气息，口感甜美润滑，果香持久，适合作为餐后酒配搭糕点及水果，譬如草莓、树莓、桃子等，甜食和糕点，6-8°C饮用最佳，开瓶即饮，无需醒酒，避光阴藏，冷藏更佳。

晋级是由普罗塞科及其他精选葡萄混合酿制而成的一款多变的干起泡酒，尽显格莱拉葡萄品种的独特风味。
其基酒在酿造的时候剔除了葡萄表皮，在16°C的高压蒸汽灭菌容器内进行发酵，之后在4°C的低温恒压容器内加入精选的酵母进行二次发酵蒸酿，然后再进行一次过滤分离，最后灌瓶上市。
稻黄色的酒体，充满罪人的果香，口感清爽、开胃，适合作为餐前酒，配搭贝类、鱼类、等，在6°C左右饮用效果最佳。

Dark ruby with purplish highlights, colored and evanescence, refreshing, intense and with inklings of red fruits. Sweet, full bodied and accompanied by a light taste of cherries.

Serve at 12-14° C, uncork just before serving, It’s good to be with pasta, pizza, sea food and desserts. This wine should be drunk when young to fully appreciate its best organoleptic features; keep sheltered from sunlight and at a controlled temperature.
